Sensitivity of quantum gate fidelity to laser phase and intensity noise

The fidelity of gate operations on neutral atom qubits is often limited by fluctuations the laser drive. Here, we quantify sensitivity quantum fidelities to phase and intensity noise. We first develop models identify features observed in self-heterodyne noise spectra, focusing effects white servo bumps. In weak-noise regime, characteristic well-stabilized lasers, show that an analytical theory based a perturbative solution master equation agrees very well with numerical simulations incorporate compute for one- two-photon Rabi oscillations they can be enhanced appropriate choice frequency relative spectral peaks. also analyze influence support smaller than frequency.
